The ultimate 7-day Kenya-Tanzania safari, where adventure, wildlife, and breathtaking landscapes await you! This extraordinary journey will take you through two of East Africa’s most iconic national parks – the Masai Mara in Kenya and the Serengeti in Tanzania.
Prepare to be captivated by the boundless beauty of the African savannah as we embark on thrilling game drives in search of the “Big Five” – lions, elephants, buffalo, leopards, and rhinos. Our expert guides from Africa Kenya Safaris will be your companions, sharing their wealth of knowledge about the diverse flora and fauna that call these vast wildernesses home.
Witness the awe-inspiring Great Migration in action, where millions of wildebeests and zebras traverse the plains, an unforgettable spectacle of nature. Whether it’s observing the stunning wildlife, relaxing at luxurious lodges, or immersing yourself in the rich culture of the Maasai people, this 7-day safari promises an experience of a lifetime.
Experience both of these natural beauties on this seven-day safari excursion, which visits the Masai Mara and the Serengeti, two of the greatest parks in the world. You will see the migration of the Serengeti’s countless wildebeest and zebra spill into the nearby Mara areas. These are perhaps the densest ecosystems of wild animals in the world.
As you go across borders, you will be astounded by the enormous landscapes that are home to millions of grazers and thousands of big cats. As we move to another apex, the Ngorongoro Crater, the largest preserved volcanic crater on earth, more adventure is still in store.
The Ngorongoro Crater is a vast habitat that is cut off from the rest of Africa and is home to an incredible diversity of creatures, including lions, leopards, elephants, buffalo, giraffes, hippos, and even large flocks of pink flamingos.
Our last park is Lake Manyara, a little jewel full of surprises. Around the lake, you can see flamingos and pelicans. However, if you glance up into the trees, you’ll notice something pretty surprising. A distinctive feature of the park is its prides of lions that can scale trees. What a fantastic way to cap off a week spent discovering these two nations, Kenya and Tanzania, which are renowned for their abundance of safari opportunities.
Join us on this immersive wildebeest migration crossing journey into the heart of Africa, as we delve into the untamed beauty of the Masai Mara and Serengeti, and create lasting memories in the company of remarkable wildlife and natural wonders. Are you ready to embark on the adventure of a lifetime? Let’s make your dream safari a reality!

Highlights of the 7-day Kenya-Tanzania Safari:
This safari promises an unforgettable adventure, immersing you in the breathtaking landscapes and diverse wildlife of two of Africa’s most iconic destinations.
Comparing the size of Masai Mara and Serengeti, the Serengeti is significantly larger and offers a more extensive wilderness experience amnd both are exceptional safari destinations and the choice of which is better depends on individual preferences. If you prefer a more intimate and easily accessible safari experience with a high concentration of wildlife, Masai Mara might be the preferred choice. On the other hand, if you desire an immersive and extensive wilderness adventure with a chance to witness the Great Migration and explore vast landscapes, the Serengeti offers a truly remarkable and unmatched safari experience.
Both the Serengeti and the Masai Mara provide a wide range of lodging options to accommodate varied travel needs. Tented camps (both affordable and high-end exclusive), small rustic lodges, and larger chain hotels/resorts are some of the different types of lodging. Camps with tents are very well-liked. These could be fully furnished accommodations with canvas walls or basic standing tents with just twin beds and a few other essentials. Many upscale resorts make an effort to blend in with their surroundings and are surprisingly approachable. They might not provide many modern conveniences. Instead, they strive to be environmentally responsible while providing a premium experience with excellent service, cuisine, and coaching.
Mobile camps are even more simple but quite exclusive. These transitory settlements move along with the migratory undetected. Both parks offer accommodations at every level, but the Serengeti may have the greatest assortment of tiny, upscale places. There are several further mid-range lodging alternatives in the Masai Mara, in addition to a large number of cheap lodgings located nearby. Unlike inexpensive camping tours to the Masai Mara, which typically stay outside the reserve, camping trips to the Serengeti typically remain inside the park.
